Join fellow members in a fantastic way to share a summer day, chat, get to know each other and improve your health.
Research shows walking briskly can help you build stamina, burn excess calories and make your heart healthier. Even a brisk 10-minute daily walk has lots of health benefits and counts towards your recommended 150 minutes of weekly exercise.
Recommendations: Wear a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Bring water and a snack for after the walk.
